We offer Sport fishing Nicaragua,San Juan Del Sur for marlin,sailfish,dorado and more.Bigfishtours was established about 5 years ago. There were no professional sportfishing companies here in San Juan. So we decided to see what the fishery looked like, well you wouldn’t believe it but a good bill fishery does exist here in the pacific coast of Nicaragua.Our small company has grown over the last few years and is now proud to offer a professional sport fishing company. We have top of the line gear and a great seasoned crew. Last year alone we did about 48 trips,landed fish on 40 of the 48 trips. The biggest marlin we caught was in the 750lb range. We did raise a grander ( big black about 900-1000lbs).Didn’t get the big boy to take a bait, but that’s fishing UGGG. We offer a custom 36ft Hatters fly bridge sport fishing vessel. Fully equipped:Lee fighting chair,lee outriggers,all gold series Penn reels, custom offshore rods, momie Line, roller bearing terminal tackle,Custom teasers. The vessel has a full bath,kitchen,large salon with nice comfortable couches,custom blu tooth enabled stereo system,large cockpit w/ fighting chair, we use rupp knock out clips,Garmin electronics,icom ship to shore radio,etc. All of our tours are all inclusive ( just bring your sun screen and towels). This year has been a great year for yellow fin tuna ( up to 80-100lbs). Still some around but the dorado have moved in, daily catches up to 60lbs.As the month progresses the Marlin should be right behind them, there are a few around now but should only get better. There are lots of panga style boats here in Nicaragua offering sport fishing but they can’t travel very far and they are not professionally equipped except for a few.We are full licensed and insured where most of the other boats are not.Our packages are more affordable then in most other locations around the world.
